Who is Dan Catuccio?
Not your avergage physical therapist...
With 23 years of experience as a physical therapist, 21 in home health, Dan brings real-world insight, humor, and heart to healthcare professionals nationwide. After spending 5 years as a traveling PT across multiple states, Dan saw firsthand that home health challenges are universal from scheduling chaos to burnout.
Motivated by his own experience with burnout, Dan shifted his mindset, earned his vestibular certification, became an adjunct professor, and served as a lead educator for hundreds of clinicians in fall prevention and vestibular therapy.
Today, via social media and public speaking, he combines education, motivation, and comedy to help healthcare teams improve efficiency, boost morale, and rediscover purpose - empowering clinicians to find joy, balance and confidence in their daily work, with a goal of making their jobs sustainable for years to come.
